NIRON All PRO preinsulated pipes and fittings SDR11 from Ø50mm to Ø160mm and MULTINUPI piping system from Ø16mm to Ø63mm were installed for the plumbing system of an RTA (tourist residence) in Tuscany. It is a hydronic system powered by heat pumps with T max equal to 65° C. The complex consists of more than 80 apartments with annexed restaurant, bar, wellness center, swimming pool and other areas designed for cultural and entertainment activities for a total of about 6000 square meters. NIRON All PRO is the innovative preinsulated PP-RCT pipe and fitting system that is ideally suitable for applications in areas where the heat loss reduction is essential. This product range was specifically designed for networks for the distribution or adduction of hot fluids. The reliability, ease of installation and relevant physical-mechanical properties of the materials used allow installers to avoid many problems when installing heat distribution and conditioning systems. The possibility of burying pipes directly eliminates high masonry costs. In tunnels or manholes the full tightness ensures durability. Moreover, ease of installation allows substantial time savings. This excellent characteristic of the material allows to obtain high levels of thermal insulation with significantly reduced insulation layers if compared to those that would be required if other materials were to be used.
